UX/UI designer to bring mock-up website and marketing logo to life

Talented UI/UX designer needed for start-up real estate company in the USA. Mock-up of a website landing page as well as company logo are available (company mission purpose will also be provided to allow for further understanding of the company mission and goals). This role will be required to take the mock-up provided and conduct the following:
1) make recommendations for edits (recommendations should be based on user experience and marketing appeal)
2) create a graphically appealing logo
3) create a landing page for the website (recommendations on hosting options are welcome)
