Ui/UX designer (Adobe / figma) - HLD and LLD

I am looking for a Ui/UX designer with experience in Adobe and Figma to design a new web and mobile application. As I am open to suggestions, I am looking for a designer who can provide creative and innovative ideas for the design of the application. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating high-level and low-level design documents. The key requirements for the project are as follows:
