ui.ux designer

Creates visual representation for existing and new screens across the system across multiple platforms. They work closely with their team members and Team Lead to produce quality standard mockups for mobile and web based applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Translates design to layout, typography and visual hierarchy
Designs products from conception through development process
Guides design process through work with cross-functional teams to ensure vision and execution alignment
Partners closely with product and development teams to support design strategy
Follows existing design systems and style guides to create mock-ups that ensure a consistent Paycom experience
Designs new components or patterns to the existing design systems and style guides
Uses research data, design principles, or other objective information to support and promote design decisions and recommendations.
