design a tshirt

I would like a design made for the front and back of a shirt

1) The front of the shirt should read (text is centered) :

A
JEWMAICAN

on the hook of the J, place a kippah/yarmulke sitting on it (see attached). the kippah/yarmulke should have the design of the Jamaican flag (the green and black sides and the yellow X. The colors for the text should be black, yellow, green, blue and white. since the Jamaican flag is black, yellow, and green and the Israeli flag is blue and white. or just impose the jamaican flag into the text (see attached example)

Also, in the front should be a image of a beef patty with challah bread. see image of beef patty with coco bread, and challah bread. instead of coco bread, place challah bread.

2) The back should read (in smaller text size):

.....and a little Russian, Prussian,
German, Austro-Hungarian, and Polish

the text color can be simple one color

3) Make a character of a dancing dreidel.

I would like the colors of the Jamaican flag (black, yellow, and green) to be incorporated somehow. Maybe in the sneakers or gloves or sash.
