design screens for my web app

I'm planning a new web app for resellers. using this app sellers with unique products add products to my inventory, and on the other side sellers who sells them in different places
the platform will be web one, and include 3 types of users, suppliers, resellers and admin.
I estimate to have up to 50 screens for all the users together. i have a requirements doc, with the list of screens and what each should include.
I'm looking for someone who has experience in developing dashboards, and can deliver it in 10days .
