design a report to be printed and distributed

I am looking for a freelancer to design a report that I can print and distribute. The purpose of the report is to provide research on a certain topic. I do not have any specific branding or design guidelines for the report, and would like the freelancer to propose a design. I anticipate that the report will be more than 20 pages long. If chosen, the freelancer must provide great attention to detail, highly creative design, and be able to meet deadlines. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who has previous experience in designing and laying out reports.
