design an 8 pages folded leaflet

Could you please make an nice leaflet about treatments in our clinic. All images and texts should be taken from our web site. We need 3 pages about dental treatments and 3 pages about medical treatments , opening page with the logo and last page with contact details. I would like this to be a template or future leaflets.
