Ui/Ux design for websites

As a project owner, I am looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to create an informational website for a insurance policy firm. The design should evoke a modern feel while still being readable and easy to navigate. I am open to suggestions for colors, however I am uncertain at this moment with my color preferences. This project requires a professional designer who is creative and possesses the ability to make a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interface.
