UI/UX design for sports club scheduling mobile app
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
The project is for you to design the activities list view of a sports club scheduling app.
An activity can be of the following types: Training, Match, Meeting, Other
All activities can appear mixed in the same list, there is no need to split them up under different tabs.
A sports club consists of multiple teams. Teams have players & coaches. Parents of players under the age of 18 also have access to the app and can view all activities of their children.
Each activity entry should have the following information:
Date & time (activities played on the same date could be grouped together)
Title (e.g. Soccer training)
Team name (e.g. P2014-15)
Sport name or icon (e.g. Soccer, or icon of a football)
Location (e.g. PreZero Arena)
Number of confirmed players and leaders
Your own RSVP-states (going, not going, not responded). If the user is a parent, it will show the childrens RSVP-state as well. The parent could also have been invited to the activity, it is also not uncommon for a parent to also be a coach/leader in a team, in which case multiple RSVP-states may have to be shown per activity.
Optional information, if it fits into the design: Duration or end time
Functionality:
It must be possible to filter by either upcoming or past activities
It must be possible to filter by activities for a selected date (through a calendar view)
It must be possible to filter by activities by team
For coaches, it is important to bring attention to finished events where the attendance has not been confirmed by the coach yet. For players/parents, it is important to bring attention to events they haven’t RSVP’d to.
We prefer to have the result delivered in Figma or Adobe XD. We look forward to seeing what you can come up with! Inspiration and style will be provided to anyone interested in taking on this project.
