design for german carnival medal

I am looking for a designer to create a design for a German carnival medal. I have some rough ideas and templates that I would like to incorporate into the design, but I am open to suggestions. The main elements I want to include are traditional German symbols and carnival-specific imagery, with the possibility of custom text or a slogan. The color scheme is not specific, so the designer has creative freedom in that regard.
