UI and UX design for app

Hi,
We have an iOS and android app by the name of TWChallenge. The core purpose is to run gamified team challenges for corporates.
We would like to engage a UX/UI designer to redesign the entire project for us.
It would have initial help screens,launch a challenge page, feed page, post images, profile, screen, leaderboard page. (I anticipate 25-30 screens end to end)
We would like the designer to redraw all the screens, provide a mock up of the app.
