UI - Ux design for Web application

Hello.. We are working on web application for booking per hour technical training lessons. Users will be either Tutors or students. Can you check the attached pdf which has 4 screens. We want total 5 screens to be designed i.e. 4 screens from pdf and one home page (home page will be shown after login. This page will have header, hero section, carousel (each slider block will show tutor's photo, name and their ratings).

Please let me know if you can take up this work, timeline needed for designing and your quote for the same?
