design of a food truck for ice cream

I have a small factory of artisanal Italian ice creams (gelatos), I sell them in sealed 12-ounce plastic containers. I have 25 different flavors. I'm buying a Cargo Van and I want to convert it into a food truck to sell my ice cream.
