design a display menu board

Huskys gelato and juice bar requires a menu to be graphically designed in PDF format to fit on 3 poster sized frames for our cafe. the menu boards need to fit into the current design of the cafe (provided below) be modern looking, appetising and easily readable. Must be in pdf format so we can edit as needed
