We are looking for an expert to help us in designing & creating full survey with a hyperlink so we can forward it to our targeted customers
we need the survey to be very simple
in addition to that I want to add logo for my company and editable logo section for the targeted segments company logo so we can add it our self
survey result should be reflected in excel sheet
