UI design conversion zeplin source to figma

HI have around 30 screens in zeplin made as UI for a medical device which I can access but can not edit, and have images and assets downloaded as well.
want to create an original stack on Figma from this project which can be editable.
An example screen is attached, and in other screens, more than 70% of components are repeated.
