design a column

Hi there, for my semester project at uni i need to design a column which is deformed. I decided to create a column in a shape of a syringe. The syringe should tell people to get the corona vaccine. Unfortunately i am not have any Photoshop/Indesign skills and could really use some help. I already created a rough mock up of how it could look but i am also open for new ideas.
The task is to design a visual and then place it in a picture with an advertising column, so that the client can see how it would look like.
