design me an arabic handbook

we are preparing a handbook for visitors in arabic language , need a designer with knowledge of book designing, Arabic fonts and typing , islamic designs,
the arabic content to be posted in the book will be provided in pdf format , designer will have to design and allign the content according to our needs and specifications,
willl need original files with pdf file at the end

the handbook will be of max 80-100 pages ,
