We do the docs manually and then flip them to active or work with them to get their onboarding completed.
Then when they are activated they see shifts based on distance from their zip code.
Showing the facility name the shift hours and the hourly rate/ total and bonuses
Also allowing them to filter by date, shift time, facility type and facility name. One or more of the above.
Home Screen showing upcoming picked up shifts.
With option to cancel within 48 hours and call out at 24 hours. With having to enter reasons for both.
Option to click on directions and redirecting to maps for navigating the to facilities.
Notifications 24 hours before shift and one at 4 hours. One last notification at 1 hour mark with having to answer a question for on my way, running late or calling out.
Once at the facility clicking in with location having to be turned on for clocking in at the exact location to prevent fraud. And giving them an error of trying to clock in while too far or more than 5 minutes ahead of scheduled time.
Error msg showing in our portal on the back end so we can run report to track errors types and reasons.
Clocking out and needing head nurse’s signature/code to be recorded on the employee’s devise(app).
Client’s portal/App:
List of all their facilities if they are under a group to filter to which facility is being worked on.
Request shifts based on pre loaded shift structure and employee type.
Passed shifts with date filters allowing them to look at a certain date frame (6 months maybe)
Allowing them to download them to excel format for their own reporting maybe?
Allowing them to download credential files for employees that have worked passed shifts.
Seeing clock in and out time.
Which location they worked at within the facility if there are multiples.
For the Home Screen have that show current week shifts posted and pick ups.
Option to look at credentials and confirm shifts. With auto confirmation at 48 hours prior to the shift.
Option to contact HCP in chat format or phone calls within a certain period of time.
Option to DNR with reasons.
Allowing them to confirm it dispute past shifts using post shift tab.
Auto confirm every Wednesday by a set time to allow them time to dispute if need be before invoices are generated.
Allowing admin and co-admin accounts to add new portal users.
