Re-design of Flyer(Language: Bengali)

About Me: I am an independent agency engaged in the filed of web development and digital marketing. I am looking forward to build long term association with professional graphic designer to work as team .
About my client: the real estate company is based on Bangladesh where all their customer are USA besed Bangladeshi. The customer sell & rent vacant land and apartment. The also provide property management service.
Problem: I will provide a flyer designed in EPS format(attached). The re-design requires significant improvement in terms of colour, font and layout. The design will be used mainly for print media. The written content will remain same (modification is allowed to make it more appealing). The company recently re-launched their website which will required to be emphasized on the design. I will provide a QR Code and the link to include in the design.
Timeline: maximum 7 days, less is appreciated
Expectation: Redesigned flyer with professionalism (creativity is highly encouraged).
Requirement:
Must have deep understanding of Bengali language.
Have prior experience in designing flyer.
Must have a online portfolio displaying the work.
Must allow maximum of 3(three) revision.
