A cyberpunk themed newsletter needed

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a custom-designed cyberpunk themed newsletter for tech enthusiasts which needs to be sent on company email. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design and be able to create an eye-catching and visually appealing newsletter that aligns with the cyberpunk theme. Content of the newsletter will be shared.
Key requirements:
- Custom design: The newsletter should have a unique and distinctive look, reflecting the cyberpunk aesthetic. We do not want to use an existing template.
- Content: The newsletter will primarily consist of our team updates and announcements. We will provide the data that needs to be written, so the freelancer should have excellent writing skills to craft engaging and informative content.
- Visual elements: In addition to the written content, the newsletter should incorporate visuals such as images, graphics, and illustrations to enhance the overall reading experience.
- Deadline: We have a tight timeline for this project, so the freelancer should be able to deliver the final product within the agreed-upon timeframe.
