For this project I would like an individual that is good with Adobe CS and is a creative art director. this person will help me create 4 different ad creatives. two mobile and two that are banners for a blog. The person has to be good with art direction and also graphic design he or she must have knowledge about digital ads. I have added instructions that will guide you.
