create this graphic (cross with lion)

We would like someone to create a graphic of this cross with a lion inside the cross, as shown in the example image below (see file). You can design slightly different, but we love this example. We will ultimately utilize the graphic to print onto T-shirts, sweatshirts, and other products. Finally, we would like a full color version (of the logo/template design) as well as a black and white version.
