UI UX to create the design for a dashboard

Hi,
I need a UI/UX to create the design for a dashboard (1 page - 3 screen sizes)
- I have attached the wireframe. Please use it only to understand the functionality and not as the design direction.
- The dashboard is for a wellbeing clinic, the deign must be appealing
- The design must be responsive - mobile, tablet and desktop
- For the logo use something related to pilates (simple logo please)
- The files must be .psd
- I will provide feedback and if needed require changes and you will need to incorporate in the design
- The money will be released once I approve the entire design
