create ui template of existing site and make few changes

I am in need of a UI template for my business website with a few layout adjustments. I have a specific design preference in mind and would like the template to reflect that style. Ideal skills for this project include experience in UI design and graphic design. The freelancer should have a strong background in website design and be able to make the necessary changes to the template based on my specifications.


We are going to purchase the theme but before that we want to approve the UI templates , so We want someone to take the entire page as a design and add content and suitable images and make changes until the templates are approved
