create a stickerpack including gifs and emojis for my project

I'm looking to create custom stickers and emojis to feature in my project. I have reference material I can provide, and I'd like the final stickerpack to include at least 50 individual items. I want the overall product to be creative, eye-catching, and reflective of what I have in mind. If possible, I'm looking for a mix of both custom and pre-made stickers/emoji - whatever combination works best. I'm excited to see the ideas this talented freelancer brings to the project!
