create short grapfical gifs

I'm looking for someone to create short graphic gifs for website content. The gifs should be 640 x 640 pixels and need to feature looping animations. See the below sample I really like it. These will be used to make my website more engaging and appealing to visitors. I'm looking for someone with a good eye for design and animation, who will be able to create amazing gifs that perfectly capture the desired look and feel.
