create new design from an old design

I am looking for a talented designer to help me with a project. The aim is to create a new design from an existing one. My goal is to refresh the look and feel, while keeping the design primarily digital. I have specific preferences for color and style, so I'm looking for a designer who can translate these into a modern, visually appealing design. The project will require a keen eye for details, an understanding of the project's goals, and a creative ability to implement them. Ultimately I need someone to modernize this image. Ideally, I need someone who is able to modernize the attached photo. I'd like the image to be colored with a spectrum of people with different identities (LGTBQ, Black, White, rich, poor, etc...). I would also like the fist to incorporate a melanin spectrum transitioning from white to dark.
