create a design for a medical mobile device

I am in need of an experienced and skilled designer to create a design for a medical mobile device more efficient infusion . The purpose of this device is for treatment making it safer and self administration including but not limited to monitoring capabilities . I have some rough ideas of what I'd like included in the design but I am open to the designer’s expertise. This project requires a timeline of more than 3 months for completion. The successful designer must be able to clearly communicate, offer ideas, demonstrate innovation, provide high-quality work, and be able to collaborate with me throughout the project.
