create / complete tattoo lower arm design from template

I need the attached design completed out to the edges / done in higher quality, and the sword made smaller / the girl made bigger and replaced with the attached composite image. Very important - the girl in the photo must be DRAWN as ARTWORK as this is a tattoo design, final design must be provided on a lower arm template, contact me with any questions. I've attached the first design, girl photo and a rough guide to what I want for the final design as a mockup.
