corel illutrator designing

I am looking for a talented designer to assist me in creating an illustration design for my project. I have specific references in mind, and require that the design be in color. Experience in Corel Illustrator would be ideal however other major graphic design programs like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are also acceptable.
