copy an exist app called "Neverthink"

We want to copy an exist app called "Neverthink" iOS version typically the same we only need one more thing that to have the app with 2 languages Arabic/English (each language has different content)

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WON'T RELEASE ANY AMOUNT OF ANY MILESTONE TILL WE FINISH THE WHOLE APP.

Developer should deliver :
-Full app Design kit (UX/UI)
-iOS Version
-Android Version
-login/sign up to the app by (google, apple, Facebook and email)
-Arabic/English Versions with different content for each language
-English version should look from left-to-right
-Arabic version should look from right-to-left
-Both copies (android/iOS) should look the same
-the app should display videos from YouTube links not from our server
-icons should look different for the copy right
-integrate ad-mob for videos
-Creating channels in app depends on RSS feed from YouTube
-Full year technical support and bugs fixes (after launching the app)
-developer should suggest best server plans could make this app work probably
-admin panel
-admin panel manage 2 language separately
-admin panel has to have all statics for app
-land page website for the app
