convert psd file to cdr

I'm looking for someone to help me convert a PSD file into a CDR file. I already have the PSD file ready to go, so the freelancer just needs to take care of the conversion. I'm not particular about which version of CorelDRAW the CDR file should be saved in, so any version is fine. I'm also open to making additional edits and modifications to the design during the conversion, though that might depend on how the conversion looks in the end.
