I am looking for someone to convert my PDF design into a Cdr file in order to print it into a walking inflatable balloon. I will provide the Cdr files for logos that will be used, but the body of the design needs to be recreated exactly within the Cdr file and the logos have to be perfectly placed as how in my drawn design.

Yes, I do have the PDF file of the design and the size of the walking inflatable balloon I am looking to create is 7ft to 8ft. This shouldn't take much time so my preferred deadline for this project is immediate.
