convert low quality logo to high quality

I have a low quality logo of my website.
I want to make logo image in high quality.
I will share logo file with only selected freelancer.

WHAT I NEED:
1. convert logo in HD
2. make all possible image formats (e.g. for website, FB profile, favicon, etc)
3. give me raw files also either psd or cdr whatever you make.
4. Make images for dark and light background for website.



Its very simple and easy work and will take around 1-2hour.
