complete website overhaul and graphics

Hi Team,
I am looking to get a product website upgraded.
Everything, all pages, the layout/theme, graphics/artwork.
Once completed I will also be looking at SEO and ads.
The artwork/graphics designed will be used on the website, for product labels, ads, etc etc.
Once the artwork/graphics are done, we can create the product labels, take photos of the finished product with label, then send them through to you.
I will send through the concept and ideas for everything.
I have also put in other websites/examples to look at within the same industry for creativity ideas.
I am looking for a ball park figure of how much the overall project cost would be, based on your average delivery times and rates to complete a website that requires artwork/graphics as well.
I am taking into consideration we would need to discuss further details as we move forward so cost could change slightly.
