coffee table booklet- digital and print

looking for a graphic designer, someone that has experience creating coffee table book, i would like to create a booklet for different types of denture and implant services we offer . I would like to make it in a way that left side has pictures and advantages of each procedure, right side of the book has the entire process and steps written. i have. attached basic info and stuff and also added links to review other website for content. We can always buy stock photos later on and i also have my own photos as well. but first i need a good format. that looks pleasing to the eye, easy to read and follow
1) Basic denture package (maxilla only) - includes extraction of all teeth (except wisdom teeth), alveoplasty, bonegrafting and. temporary maxillary denture with 2 denture adjustment visits followed by final denture in 6 months

advantages : One of the strongest materials , made with one block of zirconia for optimal strength , does not pickup stains
disadantages: esthetics, teeth may look slightly opaque, difficult to repair
2) solid zirconia with cutback - $75000
