clothing tech pack

My name is Taylor and I'm looking for an experienced graphic / tech designer to create a tech pack for my swimwear line. I have specific details in mind and I need a tech pack created for 4 swim styles. My goal is to produce a professional, reliable, accurate, and comprehensive tech pack to give to my manufacturer. I'm looking for someone who is creative, knowledgeable, and very detailed to come up with innovative designs.
