certificate design

I'm looking for someone to design a certificate in PNG format that follows an existing template. The certificate should be printed on matte paper, ready to be framed. I'm sure you already have lots of great ideas, but I'm open to hearing your suggestions and seeing examples of your design work. I look forward to working together and finding the perfect design!
