cartoon/animated presentation from text for Criminal Justice Conflict Resolution class in 20 hours or less
Budget: $10 – $300 USD
I'm looking to have a cartoon/animated visual presentation created from a text that I have already written and sectioned into "scenes" for my college criminal justice class.
I prefer a 2D or Whiteboard style animation (I don't really know anything about animation so open to whatever really). The animation can be fairly simple and does not have to be anything too complex. However, it should be clean and professional looking, and somewhat visually appealing. would be preferable.
I need the text to be voiced over and in sync with the animation as well. Again, not really picky about this but something clean and clear and professional (this may be of no use but I imagined the text to be read as like a semi-humorous Epic novel or a Shrek-type fantasy story or something in my head as I was writing it. I don't know, just thought I would add that tidbit lol.
The desired length of the animation is more than three minutes and must include my name (Jeffrey Bartee) at the end. This project must be completed in 20 hours or less.
I realize this is a big ask but I'm out of options at this point so I guess it is what it is, and ill just have to see what happens.
I have attached a document as well. Within this document you will find the following:
PAGES 1-2:
the instructions for the presentation from the professor (not really important as far as this is concerned but I figured I would include them for context).
PAGES 3-6:
My written portion or script, I suppose. This is the portion I need voiced and animated.
