build newsletters

I am looking for someone who can help creating and managing online ad campaigns: newsletter creation, ad images predominantly for Facebook / Instagram and google shopping, as well as for the website. Person needs to speak and write French (native ideally), German is helpful. we are an ecommerce company based in Switzerland and have 2 bilingual websites. This is a regular job, not a one-time project.
