brand building for a Cloud Kitchen (Ghost kitchen) company

recently our bistro is closed down due to the impact from the pandemic. so we need a strong come back as a ghost kitchen that will mainly do deliveries. The company itself is french canadian in Taiwan. I would like our brand represent the livelyhood and the professionalism yet not pretentious or too imtimidating that may make people feel our food is too expensive. We would have burgers, steaks, hotdogs, salads, crepes.. etc.

we will start with a logo first. then need to build a website. and then a menu. and a new name card.

I would love to find someone who is able to work with. I dont have a whole lot of budget so but if it works well, i will come back again and again.
