booklet design & template

I am looking for a skilled designer who can help design and create lesson booklets for our students. Each booklet is expected to be around 20 pages in length, with a watermark included on each page. I am looking for an overall booklet design that can be applied to each of our new booklets. We currently have an existing design on word and PDF that I would be happy to share with potential freelancers.
