book design and formatting

I am looking for a freelancer to help me design and format my book of poetry, which consists of 100-200 pages. The book takes the reader on a journey of navigating mental illness, love, trauma and healing. I am looking to have a moody/ earth-toned colour scheme, but I am open to the artist's imagination and creativity. The book will need to be formatted using standard publishing formats and I expect the freelancer to adhere to industry standards, while also displaying a unique and eye-catching design. I look forward to seeing the freelancer's ideas on how to bring my book to life.
