e-book cover design - The Angel of Vindicta - In The Beginning

Hello. I'm looking for an affordable, "just-starting-out" artist/illustrator to bring the protagonist of my book to life for use on an ebook (Kindle) cover and for other promotions. The artist/illustrator must be able to do "Norman Rockwell" style work, however, I would also want the right person to infuse their own style into the project as well. My book is planned as a series, so I would be looking for a long-term relationship with the right person who could continue bringing other characters to life. I'm a "share-the-wealth" believer. I would be open to sharing a percentage of profit if the series is successful. After all, the artwork of a character, as well as the book cover, is part of what draws readers in.
