E-book Promotion Poster Design

My budget for completing this small task is only $20—to -$30. And I'm not looking for some one who charge per hour and I am looking for a creative professional who can read and understand Arabic language to redesign an existing exciting and enticing advertising poster in Arabic for my new electronic books. I placed sample or ver 1 of my poster to help freelancers understand what I need which includes books covers front and back covers as images that will not be changed by freelancer. The sample or ver 1 also highlight a brief description of the e-books and provide links for purchasing.
