billboard messaging and design

I am seeking an experienced designer to create billboard messaging and design to promote our company's service (property management). The main message I would like to convey is about our company's specific team structure. The design should be colourful and eye-catching to draw the public's attention. I am looking for a design to be produced in the standard billboard size (6m * 3m). The successful freelancer will be able to provide me with creative and unique ideas that will capture my target audience’s (landlords & tenants) attention.
