3bhk flat interior design for carpenter

I need help on interior design of my 3 BHK flat. The goal is to hand a clear set of drawings and specifications to my carpenter so execution on-site is smooth and error-free.
Scope
• kitchen living room and master bed room in more focus other two room can be minimalist approach
•need to keep aesthetics intact
What I expect from you
1. A scaled layout with furniture placement that respects traffic flow.
2. Elevations and joinery drawings my carpenter can read without guesswork.
3. A concise material and hardware schedule (laminates, veneers, fittings, finishes).
4. Open for revisions after reviewing the draft.
Formats
DWG or PDF for 2-D sheets, plus a simple 3-D view (SketchUp or similar) so everyone visualises the concept the same way.
