banner designee

I am in need of a banner design for my business and online presence. I need the banner to be 300 x 300 pixels in size, and a combination of both static and animated images and content. I already have the content and images available, so all I need is for someone to help create the banner for me. I would like the banner to be eye-catching, attractive and professional-looking so that it represents my brand in the most positive light.
