authorised insolvency practitioner creditors voluntary liquidation

I am in need of an authorized insolvency practitioner to conduct a creditors voluntary liquidation for my company. The current financial situation of the company is insolvent and beyond recovery. I am looking for a quick and efficient process, with no known legal issues. The liquidator must be qualified and authorized to do this work. Experience working with companies in a similar situation is preferred.
